How we finalise our SUP lessons and tours

As our maximum group size is 8 + instructor and wind and weather conditions can usually only be predicted from 2 to 3 days ahead of time, we would like to keep everything flexible to be able to meet your personal individual expectations and accommodate your personal preferences – if at all possible to go when you like to go, to go where you would like to go.

To meet your individual personal wishes and preferences depending on your experience and SUP level, the wind and weather conditions and subject to the booked numbers of participants, we regularly have to make some last minute decisions due to the unpredictability of the conditions we are reluctant to make definite early plans.

On the other hand however, when we do have a great, ideal calm day coming up and people are starting to book for that day, we will then at short notice arrange the best possible location and plan to maximise your route and experience for a smashing SUP tour based on the best conditions and your preferences (and availability of accommodation for full weekend trips/ more day/overnight trips.)

We tend to decide the finer details, such as start/end time, duration and location only 2 or 3 days ahead of the weekend to allow us to chose the most suitable route and if so requested even an upgrade from a ½ day too ¾ day or full day tour based on your groups’ wishes and preferences or a full refund or transfer to another day should the majority group decision not be suitable for you.
